Social Counselling
- regarding legal claims and rights as well as financial support (Elterngeld, child benefits, ALG II, Unterhalt, Betreuungsgeld, maternity protection, parental leave, Wohngeld)
- Application concerning support provided by the Bundesstiftung “Hilfe für Familie, Mutter und Kind” in case of low income
- Assistance in dealing with local authorities, institutions, employers and in the enforcement of legal claims

Psychosocial and psychological counselling
- regarding the transition from being in a relationship to being a parent as well as questions about childcare and upbringing
- in the event of relationship problems and family problems
- if you do not receive support from your partner during pregnancy or during the upbringing of your child
- concerning questions about prenatal diagnostics and possible disabilities of your child
- regarding questions about pre-implantation diagnostics
- if you feel like talking to someone after a termination of pregnancy
- in the event of the unfulfilled wish to have a child as well as during fertility treatment
- regarding questions about sexuality, contraception and family planning
- if you are mourning for a child that you lost through miscarriage, stillbirth or sudden infant death syndrome
- family mediation

Counselling in English
- it is possible for counselling sessions to be held in English
