Unfortunately, our advice centre does not have a disabled access to the building. In case you rely on a barrier-free entrance, please contact us so we can arrange a home visit by one of our consultants. Alternativ we can offer you a counselling by video.

Public Transport

By tram/bus
We are located near the tram station “Schweriner Straße”, alternatively you can take the tram or bus to station “Postplatz” and then walk for approximately five minutes heading out of town.

By S-Bahn
The closest railway station is “Bahnhof Mitte”, get off the train there and continue to walk approximately five minutes heading in the direction of “Postplatz”. You can also take the tram and get off at “Schweriner Straße” which is only a few steps away from our advice centre.

You can find parking spaces with fees as well as short time parking free of charge on Schweriner Straße and in the surrounding area.
